6 Basic Steps Towards Overcoming Anger

3. Write down how you feel

This is the third small step.

It helps you release the pressure in you in and acceptable way and without suppressing your emotions, which often times becomes accumulated until one day you “blow” up out of proportion left and right.

It is not a pleasant site, nor experience to keep all your emotions suppressed until the point of exploding.

Suppression of emotions is like a time bomb period.

So make sure you write how you feel, include the details and let it all out, because this is essentially what you are doing.

4. Write down what you want

The next step is to write down what you want, taking into account of the things that made you angry.

This will help you to avoid a second situation that will make you angry.
