Don’t confuse mind and brain for they are NOT the same thing. Think of brain like a hard drive on a computer, it’s more of a storage device. Mind however is the thinking force, the consciousness experiencing life in the now.

What you experience is recorded in your brain thereby creating your beliefs reality.

Hint: You can choose which
experiences you want more of.
