Our beliefs play a very important role in how we start to develop ourselves and our abilities as we go about our experiences of everyday life.
Our beliefs can bring about things that we do not want to experience or things that we do want to experience. And sometimes certain beliefs about ourselves can become our own roadblocks, which halt our progress, ability to achieve our goals, and slow our self-development.
It is always easier to talk ourselves out of doing something, even when we know it is something that can help us.
As you practice overcoming the procrastination and all the self-imposed excuses it does become easier. This is an important step, and can start to turn into a habit that with time and repetition becomes easier.
