A certain amount of indulgence in comfort food is allowed but too much can only do more harm.

Respect the fact that your body is a temple. Keeping it clean goes a long way in how your thoughts are affected.

A person who eats and keeps healthy has a more overall positive view on life.

So, go ahead. Cry your heart out or throw a temper tantrum at the end of a relationship because every one is entitled to their own methods to grieve.

But do not let those feelings cloud your better judgement and realize that you have a whole world waiting to explore.
