When Feeling Extremely Fatigued And Unmotivated

exhausted and unmotivated

Most people take the blunt approach to work and productivity whereby they take as much work as they can, then work as fast and hard as they can. At first glance, these people seem to be more productive, but this approach kills their motivation in a matter of months, if not weeks.

There is enough time left in the world to complete all your tasks, so there is no need to race against time and end up exhausted. Work on all your priorities and place what is most important on top of your “TO DO” list. Always take some time off to rest and relax. This improves both your mental and physical health leading to great motivation.

Ensure you have a healthy balance with your work, and never hesitate to take a break anytime you fill demotivated. This means spending some time away from your work, but you will have a better perspective on your work and you will feel better doing it.

Its natural to feel tired at some point in your life, but if you are always feeling like sleeping instead of working or exercising, then you are suffering from exhaustion. The more exhausted you are, the less motivated you become.

Take some time away from routine, have fun and relax. It will prevent a burnout and will enable you to go back to work with a new perspective on challenges. Sometimes your body and emotions kill your motivation because you are not taking a break. Having a day or two in a month to rest will help you stay motivated for long periods. The right time for a break is now.
